Kimberly Gandy, MD, PhD. Selected as one of the nation's top doctors within a few years of completing her cardiothoracic surgical training, Dr. Gandy has become a national expert in digital health and adherence. She brings a keen awareness of the challenges of living with chronic conditions to her passion for improving lives through evidence-based remote care practice. Dr. Gandy trained at Duke and Stanford, has run divisions of lung transplantation and congenital heart surgery, and has a PhD in immunology.

Anthony Szema, BSE, MD. Columbia University-trained in pulmonary diseases, critical care medicine, clinical adult and pediatric allergy/immunology and rheumatology research, Anthony has been recognized as a superdoctors in Metro NY. He holds the following positions: Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Epidemiology and Prevention, Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell; Research Assistant Professor of Engineering, Department of Technology and Society, Stony Brook University, and former Chief, Allergy Section, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Northport, NY,  Albion O. Bernstein Award from Medical Society of the State of NY for discovering Iraq Afghanistan War Lung Injury related to burn pits.

Paul Barach, MD, MPH, (Maj.) Paul has more than 25 years of experience as a practicing physician and physician executive.  Having trained at the Massachusetts General Hospital, with an extensive background in public health and health policy, he is a Clinical Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Lecturer and Senior Advisor to Dean, Jefferson College of Population Health; and Visiting/Honorary  Professor University of Queensland, Australia; Sigmund Freud University, Austria, and the National Cancer Center, Korea. Paul serves as clinical advisor to the World Health Innovation Summit leading on the US SDG3, and serves on the Board of the International Academy for Design and Health.

Eleanor Lisbon, MD, MPH. Dr. Lisbon is a family physician with over 25 years of clinical experience. She is a former Associate Professor at Kansas University Medical Center during which she spent 10 years overseeing and providing direct patient care. She is currently the Vice President of Clinical Development at Imara, Inc and prior to that was a Global Medical Advisor in Hematology and Oncology for IQVIA. She has immense experience defining new pathways, protocols, and products in clinical management and believes that remote care offers significant opportunity to improve care across the health continuum. She is an active member of the National Medical Association and her special interest is patient safety.

Virginia Savin, MD. Senior Nephrologist with over 40 years of clinical experience in nephrology, dialysis, and transplantation. Principal Investigator in ground breaking clinical trials in diabetes mellitus and renal and cardiovascular disease. Special interest in patient empowerment.

William Aaron Kay, MD. One of fewer than 20 dual-trained adult and pediatric cardiologists in the US, Dr. Kay directed the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program at Indiana University. He also trained in internal medicine. Broad hospital, academic and private practice experience make him an ideal collaborator for physicians of any specialty. Dr. Kay is fluent in Spanish.
