We are guided by the belief that technology is a tool to significantly enhance care but not a substitute for the human connection that patients desire. We wish to allow technology to make care more convenient, more rich, and more informed. We believe that connection is defined as much by intent and purpose as it is by modality.

RemoteCareDocs uses the software platform Plan-it Med® by Play-it Health, a comprehensive and user-friendly system that allows patients and clinicians to track data through smart devices and desktop portals.
We can provide services by licensed physicians in the states labeled dark blue, which cover 47% of the US population. Light blue labeled states are currently targeted for expansion.
